For many going flybarless starts with "modding" your own heli, you either lack the fund or simply dont want to spend the money on a pre-made head just to try it out.
Here is some pointers for you.
Your existing head was designed to use mixing-arms & flybar, now you want to remove the mixing function, therefor if connect a rod straight from the swash to the blade-grips, you will have insane throws, if your previous head had a 2:1 mixing, and you had max +-13 pitch range, you now will have +-26, it as simple as that.
You will have some option, easiest, is to move the ball on the bladegrip outwards, its the best option.
Some argue that "Well, I can move the ball-links inwards on the servos to create less throw", yes you can, but thats the last resort, because doing that you will loose resolution and all slop you have in the head will be 2:1 ratio on the bladegrips compared to before ;)
But its important to move servoarms if you get too much throw, else you will just stress out your servos and give your RX pack and regulator a hard time :)
