Scorpion’s “non BEC” version of the 130A ESC is released, its named “Commander V OPTO”
It’s the same underlying hardware as the Commander V SBEC, meaning it does indeed have phase sensor output for the External governors (VBar and others)
It comes at a cheaper price, but you do need a BEC along with it, unless you run 2s lipo of course, in which case this will suite you perfectly.
Do note that you need the 1.2 version of the programmer for this one.
